Return Policy

This policy covers donations, event registrations, and items purchased from Waves of Love

Foundation, dba Center for Child-Safe Divorce (the "Organization").

Donations

Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, such as a wrong amount or a duplicate charge, contact us through our contact page as soon as possible. Requests are reviewed case by case. If a refund is issued, any tax receipt for that donation is no longer valid.

Events and Programs

Refund and cancellation terms for events, retreats, and programs are stated at the time of registration. If an event is canceled by the Organization, registrants receive a full refund or may transfer to a future event.

Purchased Items

Items purchased directly from the Organization may be returned unused within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refunded. Items purchased through other retailers follow that retailer's return policy.

How To request a Refund

Submit a request through our Contact page with your name, the date, and the amount. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
